This 24-transponder DVB-to-IP gateway consolidates satellite, cable and terrestrial reception into a single rack unit, streaming up to 128 SPTS reliably into your IPTV network.
Overview
The VIZOBOX IGS-924A is a DVB-to-IP gateway that receives up to 24 satellite, cable or terrestrial transponders and streams them as SPTS/MPTS over IP for IPTV distribution. Through its two GbE ports the unit delivers up to 128 SPTS via UDP and RTP/RTSP as unicast or multicast, at up to 850 Mbps per port. Extensive demultiplexing and stream-processing functions — accurate PCR restamping, PID filtering and re-mapping, PSI/SI rebuilding, CA filter and optional BISS descrambling — are integrated in a single 1RU chassis. DiSEqC support for up to four satellite positions, dual ASI inputs and outputs, USB TS record/playback and web interface management complete the system.
